OFFBEND Studios, Inc. ("OFFBEND," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit any OFFBEND-owned website or app—including offbend.com, shop.offbend.com, ob7.offbend.com, and future sub-domains—or otherwise interact with our content, products, or services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Directly from you – account registration, checkout, newsletter sign-up, customer support, OB7 membership enrollment, event RSVPs.
2. Automatically – basic site usage events are collected through RudderStack into our Snowflake data warehouse before a cookie choice is made. Optional sharing with Google Analytics requires your permission. External embeds follow the choices described in Section 6. Other Services, including emails, may use different technologies.
3. From service providers & partners – payment processors (Stripe), fulfillment providers, advertising networks, analytics vendors, and social-media platforms.

We use personal information—consistent with this Policy and applicable law—to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Process payments and fulfill orders;
• Operate OB7 membership perks (e.g., discounts, movie-credit emails, Discord access);
• Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping alerts) and respond to inquiries;
• Deliver marketing communications, offers, and event invitations you may opt into;
• Personalize content and ads, measure campaign performance, and perform audience retargeting;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or security incidents;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

• Service Providers – payment processors, cloud hosting, shipping warehouses, customer-support platforms, analytics vendors, advertising networks, and email/SMS providers bound by confidentiality obligations;
• Affiliates & Business Partners – to streamline operations and co-branded projects;
• Legal & Safety – law enforcement, regulators, or courts when required or to protect rights, safety, or property;
• With Your Consent – for example, when you connect your account to a social service or participate in a joint promotion.

This website collects basic page views and interactions through RudderStack into our Snowflake data warehouse before a cookie choice is made and when optional analytics is declined. Without analytics consent, the SDK uses a new anonymous identifier for each event and does not persist user identity between events. Its delivery queue may temporarily use browser storage. This remains data collection, including device and network information.

Your analytics choice controls sharing with Google Analytics through RudderStack’s destination consent rules. Advertising consent is not granted by this website. Embedded videos and forms load only after you allow external media and forms; those providers may receive device data and use their own cookies. Essential security and requested services remain available.

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to accept, reject, or change your choices. We remember your selection in this browser for 180 days, then ask again. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable this website’s RudderStack collection as well as Google Analytics sharing. These choices apply to this website; other Offbend sites manage their own preferences.

• Email Marketing – click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contact hello@offbend.com.
• Targeted Ads / "Do Not Share" – in applicable U.S. states you may opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising by using our "Cookie Settings" link in the footer or changing browser privacy settings (Global Privacy Control signal honored where required).
• Account Info – log in to update your profile, shipping address, or payment method.
• Data Subject Requests – residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with privacy rights may request: access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. Email hello@offbend.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject; we will verify your identity and respond within the statutory timeframe.

We employ technical, administrative, and physical safeguards—including TLS encryption, access controls, and routine audits—to protect personal information. We keep data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here or to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have done so in error, please contact us for deletion.

We are headquartered in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection rules.
